A professional Clinical Program Director/Caseworker who:
extensively screens volunteer "Bigs" who apply to be mentors. This includes
background checks and intensive interviews.
Evaluate potential "Littles" and their families.
Provides a mandatory Sexual Abuse Education and Prevention Program for all
"Bigs", "Littles" and guardians.
Facilitates training workshops for all "Bigs".
Chooses appropriate boy to man, girl to woman, matches and introduces "Littles"
to their "Bigs."
Provides ongoing support, supervision and evaluaitons of current "Matches." |
